Processing Time

Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped UPS Ground.

If we experience a high volume of orders, custom builds, or out of stock, we’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  

Most orders ship free.  Orders under $99 will incur a $15.00 shipping cost.  

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days
• Express Shipping: Call for quote

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages

KTI Distribution Center is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with details and we will file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
